Letter content

We do not retain your letter content. The PDF is rendered in memory, printed, and destroyed after induction. We keep the destination address and the receipt — the record that a letter was sent, and to where — not the words in it.

What we keep

The recipient address, the letter ID, the service tier, the amount charged, and the USPS scan events for that piece. This is what makes a receipt evidentiary, which is the point of the product.

Analytics

This site runs no third-party analytics and sets no tracking cookies. Traffic is counted from server access logs.
