What we will not mail

Anything designed to resemble official government or court mail, threats, and material we are not permitted to induct into the mail stream. We reject rather than refund-after-send.

Account credit

Credit is account credit for letters. It buys printing, postage and mailing services from us. It is not redeemable for cash.

What we promise about delivery

We promise induction: your letter is handed to USPS the same business day if it is sent before the daily cutoff. We do not promise delivery, and for a plain First-Class letter we do not claim tracking — USPS does not scan those at delivery, so nobody can honestly claim otherwise.
